Jeremy Lewison is an independant curator as well as advisor to the Estate of Alice Neel. Previously Director of Collections at Tate, he organises exhibitions and writes on modern and contemporary art with a particular interest in American art. He has written books and catalogues on Jackson Pollock, Barnett Newman and Brice Marden, among others.
